Air BNB

Hello, My question to you guys is, does anyone have a solid contact at Air BNB? The City of Wheat Ridge learned this week that Air BNB had sent a mass email to all their Wheat Ridge listings that as of 3/1/22, they will begin collecting and remitting the tax on behalf of their clients. The City of Wheat Ridge has not agreed to allow Air BNB to do this. Furthermore, our code is particular in that each address must file a return. We speculate that we will receive a consolidated return and get the run around starting in April when they file their March return. We want to try and eliminate this problem before it occurs. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
