Revenue Diversification

The City of Lakewood is working on expanding our revenue base to diversify outside of taxation. We are hoping that other cities have started this process. How has your city diversified their revenue? Is there a consultant that you would recommend to assist with this process? Is there interest in starting a group to collaborate on revenue expansion?
