Hello, we are wondering if any local governments have implemented cost cutting measures or change in hiring practices based on current uncertainty in the federal and state budgets, or any other relevant factors.

Julia - When you posted this we were just beginning our 2027 budget development process, but since that time we have been working to address an $18M general fund structural gap. This is about 12% of our total general fund. If you are still looking for some feedback don't hesitate to reach out.
