Wage Increases

I am interested in what municipalities, with a focus on NoCo, are planning for wage increases (Merit/COLA/Etc) in their 2027 budget. In Greeley, we are currently working on addressing an $18M budget gap and have taken many steps to close the gap including reduction in workforce. We currently do not have wage increases included in the working 2027 budget, but would like to have it as an option if we are able to make it work. This has been a hard year with a lot of transformative work and I would like to provide increases for the remaining staff if we can make it work. Appreciate any feedback or insight. TIA.
